Elliott Bates has been a longtime member of the Boulder climbing scene. He started in 1997 and through years of competing, sport climbing, trad climbing, and bouldering he has made his way around the world, gaining experiences that help him coach Team ABC Boulder athletes. He also found time to earn his degree in Integrative Physiology from CU Boulder, and in August of 2012 he and his fiancé Sarah plan to marry in Nicaragua.
